Integra (M/T) & 3.5RL
Locate and remove starter relay from vehicle. On Integra, starter relay is mounted in driver's footwell, behind left kick panel. On 3.5RL, starter relay is plugged into underdash fuse/relay box. Connect power and ground to relay terminals No. 2 and 4. See Fig 1 or Fig 2 . Ensure continuity exists between relay terminals No. 1 and 3. Disconnect power and ground from terminals No. 2 and 4. Continuity should no longer exist between terminals No. 1 and 3. Replace starter relay if it does not test as specified.
