Removal and Installation

  1. Remove the ignition coil. For additional information, IGNITION COIL-ON-PLUG .
    2. NOTE: Remove any foreign material from the spark plug wells with compressed air before removing the spark plugs.

  2. Remove the spark plugs.
  3. Inspect the spark plugs. For additional information, refer to ENGINE SYSTEM-GENERAL INFORMATION .
  4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
