Steering System - Power: Description
Power steering is rack and pinion with power assist proportional to both vehicle speed and steering load. Variable power assist is high when vehicle speed is low and reduces as vehicle speed increases.
System consists of a power rack and pinion steering gear, steering pump, fluid filter/reservoir, control unit, vehicle speed sensor and cooler lines and hoses.
