Inspection Procedure
- Visually and/or physically inspect following conditions;
- Proper installation of O2 sensors.
- Check for corrosion on terminals.
- Check for damaged wiring.
- Fuel, engine coolant or oil contamination.
- Inspect intake hose between turbo charger and ETS. (blocked or leakage)
- Check the front oxygen sensor for contamination and damage caused by foreign substances.
- Visually/physically check the exhaust system between the catalyst and the post-oxygen sensor for leakage.
- Has any problems been found?
Good
- Go to "FUEL SYSTEM INSPECTION " procedure.
No Good
- Repair as necessary and Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
