Fuel Rails & Injectors: Installation
Clean injector exterior. Install NEW "O" rings on injectors and install injectors. Install fuel rail assembly. Tighten fuel rail bolts evenly in steps to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . To complete installation, reverse removal procedure. Tighten Intake manifold collector bolts to specification in sequence. See Fig 1 . Pressurize fuel system and check for fuel leaks.
