Throttle Body

Throttle body is a single barrel (2-barrel on Sedan), side-draft type. The 2-barrel type has the primary air horn at the top. Lower portion of throttle body is heated by engine coolant. Idle adjusting screw and the canister/purge port are located on top of throttle body. A dashpot is used to prevent sudden closing of throttle during gear shifting.
