Shift Lever Position Switch Test: Integra

Remove front console. Disconnect 10-pin shift lever switch wire harness connector. Check for continuity between terminals No. 2 and No. 7 of shift lever position switch. See Figure . Continuity should be present when shift lever is in "2", "S" and "D" positions. There should be no continuity when shift lever is in "N", "R" and "P" positions.
