Pedal Play & Height
- Pedal height is measured from center of pedal pad to floorboard (with carpet removed). To adjust, loosen stoplight switch lock nut and back switch away from brake pedal arm.
- Loosen power brake unit push rod lock nut, and rotate push rod to adjust pedal height. See BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT .
- Tighten lock nut. Adjust stoplight switch. Ensure brake pedal free play is .04-.20" (1.0-5.0 mm).
