Preliminary Checks

Before trouble shooting by symptom, ensure fuses No. 23 and No. 24 located in underdash fuse box are okay. Also check fuses No. 30, No. 32, and No. 37, located in underhood main fuse box. Replace fuses as necessary. Ensure horn and tachometer operate properly.
