Cable Reel Centering
After installing clockspring onto steering column shaft, rotate clockspring clockwise until it stops. Rotate clockspring counterclockwise about 2 turns until Yellow gear tooth aligns with mark on cover and arrow on clockspring label points straight up. See Fig 1 . Install steering wheel. Attach cruise control and cable reel connectors to their clips.
