Shift Lock Solenoid

Remove the "E" ring and the solenoid pin. See Fig 1 .
Remove the self-looking nuts and shift lock solenoid.
Install the new shift lock solenoid in the reverse order of removal.
Adjust the position of the shift lock solenoid. See SHIFT LOCK SOLENOID under COMPONENT TESTS. Test the operation of the shift lock solenoid before installing center console cover.
