Headlight Control Unit

NOTE: Several different wires have the same color. They have been given a number suffix to distinguish them. For example, Red/Yellow 1 and Red/Yellow 4 are not the same.

Remove the bulkhead panels and disconnect the 18-P connector from the control unit. Test input at the harness pins. See Fig 1 , Fig 2 and Fig 3 . Check all wires for an open. For terminal identification, see . Replace the control unit if all input and component tests show no problem with connector wiring or components.
