Trunk Key Cylinder

Open trunk lid. Disconnect trunk key cylinder switch connector. See Fig 1 . Using an ohmmeter, check continuity between connector terminals with switch in LOCKED position. If continuity exists, replace faulty switch. If no continuity exists, rotate key to UNLOCKED position and check continuity between terminals. If no continuity exists, replace faulty switch.
