Starting System Does Not Operate

Check starting system. See appropriate STARTERS article in the ELECTRICAL section. Check A/T gear position switch. Check security control unit. See SECURITY CONTROL UNIT INPUT TESTS under SYSTEM TESTS. Check wiring for open circuits, loose or corroded terminals. See WIRING DIAGRAMS.
