Check Engine Light Stays On

NOTE: ECM is part of the immobilizer system. If you substitute a known-good ECM, the ECM will have a different immobilizer code. In order for the engine to start, the immobilizer code must be rewritten using the Honda PGM Tester. See IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM.

If Check Engine light stays on with service connector NOT jumped, see Fig 1 -Fig 3 .
