Section 29 (Anti-Theft Systems): Description

The anti-theft system is activated automatically 15 seconds after all doors, hood and trunk have been closed and locked. Security alarm system indicator light, located next to driver's door lock knob, will flash after all doors are closed and locked. For security alarm system to activate, doors must be locked from outside using a key, lock knob, door lock switch, or remote transmitter. Security alarm system will not arm if any door, hood or trunk is not fully closed.
