Remote Transmitter

  1. Depress LOCK or UNLOCK button 5 or 6 times to reset transmitter. If door locks operate, transmitter is okay. If door locks do not operate, go to next step.
  2. Open transmitter and check for water damage. If any water damage exists, replace transmitter. If water damage does not exist, go to next step.
  3. Install a new transmitter battery. Depress LOCK or UNLOCK button 5 or 6 times. If door locks operate properly, transmitter is okay. If door locks do not operate properly, go to next step.
  4. Reprogram transmitter(s). See REMOTE TRANSMITTER  under PROGRAMMING. Recheck system operation. If door locks operate properly, transmitter is okay. If door locks do not operate properly, replace transmitter.
