ATF Temperature Sensor	On lower left rear of transaxle.
Countershaft Speed Sensor	On top of transaxle.
Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor	At lower front of engine, next to timing belt drive pulley. See Figure .
Driver's Side Impact Sensor	Below base of left "B" pillar.
EGR Valve & EGR Valve Position Sensor	At rear of left cylinder head, on top of water passage.
Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor	At rear of engine, on top of water passage. See Figure .
Evaporator Temperature Sensor	In HVAC assembly, in evaporator fins. See Figure .
Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor	Under left rear of vehicle.
In-Car Temperature Sensor	On dash, right of steering column. See Figure .
Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor	On rear intake manifold chamber. See Figure .
Knock Sensor (KS)	On top of engine block, under intake manifold. See Figure .
Lateral Acceleration Sensor (Type S)	Behind lower center of dash. See Figure .
Mainshaft Speed Sensor	On upper left rear of transaxle.
Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor	On top of throttle body assembly. See Figure .
Outside Air Temperature Sensor	Behind middle of front bumper.
Passenger's Side Impact Sensor	Below base of right "B" pillar.
Primary Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)	On exhaust pipe, upstream of catalytic converter.
Secondary Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S)	On exhaust pipe, downstream of catalytic converter.
Steering Angle Sensor (Type S)	At top of steering column. See Figure .
Sunlight Sensor	On center of dash. See Figure .
Throttle Position (TP) Sensor	On left side of throttle body assembly. See Figure .
Top Dead Center (TDC) Sensors	At front of left cylinder head, behind front camshaft pulley. See Figure .
VSA/TCS Control Valve Sensor (Type S)	On top rear of engine, on end of intake air duct.
Yaw Rate Sensor (Type S)	Behind right rear quarter trim panel. See Figure .
