Power Window Relay (3.5RL)
Remove power window relay from underdash fuse/relay box. Check for continuity between terminals No. 1 and 3. Continuity should not exist. Using jumper wires, connect terminal No. 2 to battery voltage and terminal No. 4 to ground. See Fig 1 . Continuity should no longer exist between terminals No. 1 and 3. If continuity does exist between terminals No. 1 and 3, replace relay.
