Heater Control Panel Removal/Installation

Special Tools Required

KTC trim tool set SOJATP2014

NOTE:

Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when prying components.
Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.

Gently pry up on the heater control panel (A) to detach the clips (B, C) and to release the hooks (D), then pull out the panel.

Disconnect the climate control unit connector (E), then remove the panel.
If necessary, remove the screws securing the driver's center vent (A), then separate it from the heater control panel (B).

Install the panel in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- Make sure the climate control unit connector is plugged in properly.
- Replace any damaged or stress-whitened clips.
- Push the clips and hooks into place securely.
