IMT Actuator Replacement

  1. Remove the intake manifold cover (see step 1 on REMOVAL ).
  2. Disconnect the IMT actuator 5P connector (A).

  3. Remove the bolts and the IMT actuator (B).
  4. Install the actuator in the reverse order of removal with a new O-ring (C).
  5. Install the intake manifold cover (see step 9 in INSTALLATION ).
