Climate Control Unit Removal and Installation
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Remove the glove box housing (see GLOVE BOX HOUSING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
).
- Remove the throttle actuator control module (see APP SENSOR REPLACEMENT
).
- Disconnect the connectors (A) from the climate control unit (B), then remove the wire harness clip (C), the self-tapping screws and the climate control unit.

- Install the control unit in the reverse order of removal. After installation, operate the control switch assembly controls to see whether it works properly.
- Run the self-diagnostic function to confirm that there are no problems in the system (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION
).
