Passenger's Mode Control Motor Replacement
- Turn the ignition switch OFF.
- Set the passenger's mode to VENT.
- Remove the glove box housing (see GLOVE BOX HOUSING REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
).
- Remove the throttle actuator control module (see APP SENSOR REPLACEMENT
).
- Remove the climate control unit (see CLIMATE CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
).
- Disconnect the 10P connector (A) from the passenger's mode control motor (B). Remove the self-tapping screws and the passenger's mode control motor from the heater unit.

- Install the motor in the reverse order of removal. After installation, make sure the motor runs smoothly.
