DTC 1409: Audio Error 9
NOTE:
- Check the vehicle battery condition first.
- Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the general troubleshooting information (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION ).
- Clear the hard error code (see HOW TO CLEAR ERROR HISTORY ).
- Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and then back to ON (II).
- Check for the hard error code (see HOW TO CHECK ERROR HISTORY
).
Is DTC 1409 indicated?
YES -Check the XM error codes (see ERROR CODES ). If any codes are detected, go to the applicable troubleshooting in AUDIO SYSTEM article .
NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
