Turbocharger Bypass Control Solenoid Valve Replacement

  1. Remove the charge air cooler cover (see step 1 under CHARGE AIR COOLER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
  2. Disconnect the hoses (A).

  3. Disconnect the turbocharger bypass control solenoid valve connector (B).
  4. Remove the turbocharger bypass control solenoid valve (C).
  5. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
