Imoes Unit Replacement

  1. Remove the dashboard/steering hanger beam (see DASHBOARD/STEERING HANGER BEAM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  2. Disconnect the 5P connector (A) from the imoes unit (B), then remove the imoes unit.

  3. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
  4. After replacement, the immobilizer system must be registered in IMMOBILIZER with the HDS (see REMOTE REGISTRATION AND REPROGRAMMING FOR KEYLESS ACCESS SYSTEM AND IMMOBILIZER SYSTEM ).
