DTC 1402: Audio Error 2

NOTE:

This navigation DTC sets when the audio-navigation unit detects a mechanical malfunction in the CD/DVD player.
Check the vehicle battery condition first (see BATTERY TEST )
Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the general troubleshooting information (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION )

Check the most recent DTC (see HOW TO CHECK ERROR HISTORY )
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), or press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode, then back to ON (II), or the ON mode
Check the most recent DTC (see HOW TO CHECK ERROR HISTORY )
Is DTC 1402 indicated?

YES -Check if the audio system functions are working properly. If any problems are found, go to affected troubleshooting in audio service information.

NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time
