Speaker Test/Replacement: Subwoofer

  1. Remove the rear shelf (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - REAR SHELF AREA ).
  2. Remove the trunk upper trim panel (see TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION - TRUNK AREA ).
  3. Disconnect the 2P connector (A), then remove connector clip (B) from the subwoofer duct (C).

  4. Remove the nuts (D) and the subwoofer (E).
  5. Measure the resistance between the terminals No. 1 and No. 2. There should be about 2 Ω.
  6. If the resistance is not as specified, replace the subwoofer.
