Dashboard Center Trim Removal/Installation

Special Tools Required

KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014*

* Available through the Acura Tool and Equipment Program; call 888-424-6857

NOTE:

Take care not to scratch the trim or the panels.
Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

Remove the dashboard center trims (A, B).
1. Gently pull up the lower area of the trim to detach the clips from the edge of the center console (C).
2. Disconnect the engine start/stop switch connector (D) (for some models).
Driver's side

Passenger's side

Install the trim in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
- If the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, replace them with new ones.
- Make sure the engine start/stop switch connector is plugged in properly (for some models).
- Push the clips into place securely.
