DTC 199: ACC unit Programming Error
NOTE:
- This DTC is indicated when an ACC unit update is not complete.
- Do not press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode while updating the ACC unit. If you press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode before completion, the ACC unit will be damaged.
- Clear the DTCs with the HDS (see HOW TO CLEAR DTCS ).
- Do the ACC unit update (see ACC UNIT UPDATE ).
- Check for DTCs with the HDS (see HOW TO CLEAR DTCS
).
Is DTC 199 indicated?
YES -Replace the ACC unit (see ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL (ACC) UNIT REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ), then recheck.
NO -The troubleshooting is complete.
