Before you troubleshoot, review the How to Troubleshoot .

NOTE:

DTC may be stored if CAN gateway does not start normally.
DTC may be stored due to the power/ground circuit failure of the CAN gateway. Before this troubleshooting, check the power/ground circuit of the CAN gateway first.
