Perform the inspection according to the following table.

Results
- If it is abnormal, there is a problem with the turbocharger bypass control solenoid valve.

Test Procedure

- Procedure

Perform the inspection according to the following table.

IGPS(ABV) Shorted Wire Inspection
Test Procedure
- Preparation

- Turbocharger bypass control solenoid valve 2P connector: disconnected
- Power distribution module connector A (18P): disconnected
- Rear A/F sensor (Bank 1, Sensor 1) 4P connector: disconnected
- Front A/F sensor (Bank 2, Sensor 1) 4P connector: disconnected
- EVAP canister purge valve 2P connector: disconnected
- EVAP leak check module 8P connector (USA and Canada models): disconnected
- Procedure

- Perform the inspection according to the following table.
Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.
- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

Test Procedure

- Procedure

- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

Results
- If it is abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
If the power supply inspection of the above table showed abnormally, do the additional Power Supply Inspection , to locate the failure.
FI_SUB_RLY_CL- Circuit Inspection
NOTICE:
Before disconnecting the PCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.

- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

ABV Circuit Inspection
NOTICE:
Before disconnecting the PCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.

- Procedure

- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

- If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.
Power Distribution Module Inspection
Test Procedure
- Install a known-good power distribution module and attempt to reproduce the failure.
Results
- If the failure is reproduced, there is a problem with other related components.
- If the symptom/DTC goes away, the power distribution module must be faulty.
PCM Inspection
Test Procedure
- If the other inspection item(s) indicated a normal condition, then it is determined that the remaining PCM is the cause.
Results
- There is a problem with the PCM.
