DTC Troubleshooting: P0100(2.0L Engine): Inspection

VCC2, SG2, FGP Circuit Inspection 

NOTICE: 

Before disconnecting the PCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.

Test Procedure 

           
      (Disconnected)MAF sensor/IAT sensor 1 4P connectorfemale terminals (Disconnected) PCM connector E (80P) - Refer to: PCM Connector for Inputs and Outputs(3.0L Engine) or PCM Connector for Inputs and Outputs(2.0L Engine) female terminals

Normal Conditions
  VCC2 open wire inspection  OFF There is less than 1 Ohm 
  SG2 open wire inspection  OFF There is less than 1 Ohm 
  FGP open wire inspection  OFF There is less than 1 Ohm 
 
NOTE: Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances.
  VCC2 shorted to ground inspection  OFF   Not shorted 
  FGP shorted to ground inspection  OFF   Not shorted 
  FGP shorted to power inspection  ON   Not shorted
