DTC Troubleshooting: P16F3 (2.0L Engine): Inspection
IG1_START_CUT, ST_CUT_RLY1_CL- Circuit Inspection
NOTICE:
Before disconnecting the PCM connector, jump the SCS line with the HDS, and wait more than 1 minute.
Test Procedure
- Preparation

- Starter cut relay 1: disconnected
- PCM connector A (50P): disconnected
- Procedure

- Perform the inspection according to the following table.

| NOTE: Refer to the Open/Shorted Wire Inspection Description for the method to inspect the shorted circuit below, then start to inspect according to circumstances. | |||||
| ST_CUT_RLY1_CL- shorted to ground inspection | OFF | Not shorted | |||
Results
- If it is normal, there is a problem with the PCM.
- If abnormal, there is a problem in the circuit.NOTE: If the power supply inspection of the above table showed abnormally, do the additional Power Supply Inspection , to locate the failure.
