Confirmation Procedure

1. Start the engine.

2. Hold the engine speed at 3, 000 rpm without load (in neutral) until the radiator fan comes on, then let it idle.

3. Test-drive the vehicle several minutes.

4. If the HDS [C Shaft Spd] value does not indicate any vehicle speed while driving, the failure is duplicated.
