Confirmation Procedure

Perform the following procedures in order. If the failure is duplicated, the confirmation procedure is completed.

• Procedure 1
• • Start the engine, and let it idle for 10 seconds or more.
  • Monitor the HDS [OBD STATUS (PGM-FI)] for DTC P0344.
• Procedure 2
• • Test-drive the vehicle for several minutes in the same range of the recorded on-board snapshot parameters shown below:

  • Monitor the HDS [OBD STATUS (PGM-FI)] for DTC P0344.
