2.0L Front

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the front windshield wiper arms. Refer to ARM, WIPER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Open the battery fuse terminal array cover (1a) and release the retainers (1b).

4. Remove the center (1a) and side (1b) fasteners to remove the wire harness connector terminals (1c) from the array (1d).
5. Remove the fasteners (2a) to remove the array (1d) from the bracket (2b).

6. Using a drill with an appropriate drill bit, remove the two rivets (1a), and remove the bracket (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. If removed position the PDC bracket in place and using and appropriate tool install two NEW  rivets.
2. Inspect the integrity of the array.

3. Position the array (1a) for installation.
4. Install and tighten the fasteners (2a) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
5. Fasten the array (1a) to the bracket (2b).
6. Install the center wire harness connector (3a) and tighten the fasteners (3b) to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .

7. Position the fuse terminal array cover (1a) and secure the retainers (1b).
8. Install the front windshield wiper arms. Refer to ARM, WIPER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
9. Connect the negative battery cable.
