Fluid Level Check

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  2. Remove the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Remove the front axle fill plug (1).
  4. If fluid does not run out when the fill plug is removed, add the specified fluid until a steady trickle comes out. Refer to CAPACITIES AND RECOMMENDED FLUIDS, SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Install the front axle fill plug and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
  6. Install the engine belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  7. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
