Disassembly And Assembly: Assembly
NOTE:
Quadrifoglio model shown in illustration base model similar.
- Install the lower spring isolator onto the strut.
- Install the dust shield onto the strut.
- Position the spring into the spring compressor, slowly compress the spring until there is enough room for strut assembly reassembly.
- Install the strut up through the bottom of the coil spring, and install the upper spring isolator and strut mount onto the strut.
- Install the strut rod nut (1) and using the special tool (special tool #2029200020, Adapter, Front Shock Absorber (Electric Shock)) tighten to the proper specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the strut assembly in the vehicle. Refer to STRUT, SUSPENSION, ASSEMBLY, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
