Backup Battery: Installation

- Position the backup battery (2) to the TBM2 (1) and connect the positive battery connector first, then connect the negative battery connector.
- Gently insert the backup battery (2) into the TBM2 (1).
- Install the backup battery cover (3).
- Install the TBM2 into the vehicle. Refer to MODULE, GLOBAL TELEMATICS BOX, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Start the engine and check if "Service Required" indicator or message on the Instrumental Panel Cluster (IPC) turns off.
