5000CS Turbo
- Remove throttle body. Mount Protractor (3084 ) to throttle body shaft. Remove throttle lever mounting nut if necessary. Attach pointer to throttle body. Zero protractor.
- Connect ohmmeter to idle switch terminals. Open throttle to 20 degrees, then slowly close. Ohmmeter must indicate zero ohms 2-4 degrees before closed throttle position. Loosen screws and adjust idle switch. If switch cannot be adjusted, replace switch.
