A/C refrigerant system, checking pressures: Checking: Notes
WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 15 other vehicles, including the 2005 Audi allroad, 2004 Audi allroad, 2004 Audi A6, 2003 Audi allroad, and 2003 Audi S6. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Switch ignition off.
- Connect high pressure hose of refrigerant recovery/recycling/recharging unit Kent-Moore ACR4 , or equivalent, to high pressure service connection. See A/C SYSTEM, QUICK COUPLING CONNECTIONS .
- Leave low pressure hose of refrigerant recovery/recycling/recharging unit disconnected.
NOTE:
Only the high pressure service valve is used for A/C system servicing. Perform all A/C system service operations (i.e. discharging, evacuating and charging) through the high pressure service valve only.
