Compressor, removing and installing: Installing

Secure compressor element with flange nuts.
Tightening torque: 23 Nm

Secure hose -1 at compressor unit.
Tightening torque: 2 Nm
Connect connector -2- at compressor unit.
Secure shielding piece.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm
NOTE:
- Curved plastic exhaust blow-off line at compressor must not contact shielding piece when installing.
- Lower part of compressor and blow-off valve must not contact shielding piece at insulation material.
- Corrugated tube hoses with electrical wires and intake or blow-off hose of compressor must not contact insulation material of spare wheel cavity.
- Electrical wire for blow-off valve must not be pulled tight.
- Free swinging of the compressor must be ensured.
- Tighten hose at shielding piece.
- Install stabilizer bar. See STABILIZER BAR & BUSHINGS .
