CONDITION

Telematics control module requires replacement.

SERVICE

To assist with analysis of the Telematics control module, please complete a copy of the attached report when replacement of the control module is required. See Fig 1 .

NOTE: Please make copies of the attached report as needed.

- Attach one copy of the completed report to the Repair Order Hard copy and attach one copy to the control module before sending part to the Warranty Test Center (if part is requested).
