AGM Battery, Checking
NOTE:
AGM batteries are marked with "AGM".
The AGM battery is closed, needs no maintenance, and must not be opened.
Perform a visual inspection of the battery:
- Corrosion on the battery pole
- Battery terminal and battery secure
- Damage to the battery terminals and housing
CAUTION:
The crash safety is reduced if an incorrect battery is installed.
Always replace an AGM battery with another AGM battery if that is what the vehicle originally had installed. Refer to BATTERY .
