Tow Starting/Towing: Notes

If air suspension shock absorbers in one axle lose pressure completely, the vehicle does not have enough ground clearance. The vehicle must not be moved in this condition. To drive onto a car transporter or a lift, for example, suspension blocks must be installed. Refer to SUSPENSION BLOCKS, INSTALLING 

The vehicle cannot be towed when suspensions blocks are installed.
