2. Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve -N156-
3. Bolt
   • 2.5 Nm
   • For Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve Position Sensor -G513-
4. Bolt
   • 2.5 Nm
5. Actuator for Intake Manifold Change-Over
   • Installed location of tooth segments for variable intake manifold, refer to Fig 2
   • As replacement part together with -26-
6. Seal
   • Replace if damaged
   • Lift out with screwdriver to replace
   • Press in by hand
7. Ball Pin
   • 2.5 Nm
8. Upper Intake Manifold
   • Removing and installing, refer to UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD 
9. Seal
   • Replace
10. Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
11. Bracket
12. Bolt
    • 6 Nm
13. Evaporative Emission (EVAP) Canister Purge Regulator Valve -N80-
14. Hose
15. Bolt
    • 3 Nm
16. Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor -G42- /Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) Sensor -G71-
17. O-ring
    • Replace
18. Bolt
    • 2.5 Nm
19. Hose for Crankcase Ventilation
20. O-ring
    • Replace
21. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
22. Washer
23. Sleeve
24. Seals
    • Replace
25. Seal
    • Replace if damaged
    • Lift out with screwdriver to replace
    • Press in by hand
26. Lever with Tooth Segment
    • For variable intake manifold
    • Installed location of tooth segments, refer to Fig 2
    • As replacement part together with -5-
27. Seal
    • Replace if damaged
    • Lift out with screwdriver to replace
    • Press in by hand
28. Vacuum Hose

• The lower edges of the toothed segments must align with one another -arrow-.
