-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Squeeze the clips carefully -arrow- and remove the Outside air temperature sensor -2- upward.

-- Disconnect the electrical connector -1-.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-- Install the front bumper cover. Refer to BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

After completing the repair, perform the following on the Front A/C display control head -E87- using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in "Guided Fault Finding" :

-- Read the DTC memory and erase any entries.
