Fuel Level Sensor -G-, Connector Assignment

The Fuel Level Sensor is located under the right side of the rear seat bench.

Procedure

-- Remove rear seat bench. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Unclip right locking flange cover retaining tabs -arrows-.

-- Disconnect electrical connector -arrow- on locking flange.

Transfer Fuel Pump (FP) -G6- switched positive
Fuel Level Sensor -G- ground (sensor ground)
Wire connection from Fuel Level Sensor -G- -G- to instrument cluster (fuel gauge)
Tank sensor total resistance
Transfer Fuel Pump (FP) -G6- ground

NOTE:

On vehicles with 2.0L TFSI engine, pins -2, 3, 4- are looped through Fuel Pump (FP) Control Module -J538-.
