Test Requirements

NOTE: Reducing Agent Reservoir Sensor -G697-, Reducing Agent Temperature Sensor -G685-and Reducing Agent Tank Heater (Heating Circuit 1) -Z102- are contained within the Reducing Agent Delivery Unit Located in the right rear wheel housing under the wheel housing liner and mounts to the Active Tank. Should 1 component be faulty the whole Assembly would need to be replaced.

Fuses OK.
Battery voltage OK
Switch OFF all electrical and electronic accessories.
Vehicles with Auto. Transmission, ensure Selector Lever position is in "P".
Vehicles with Man. Transmission, ensure Shifter Lever position is in "N" with Parking Brake applied.
